any west coast canadians out there?
we are travelling to british columbia, canada this summer. one of our party is in a wheelchair so we are a bit limited as to what we can do as far as sightseeing. one thing we would like to do is travel from vancouver to victoria. are there tour buses that go from vancouver to victoria, tour the city of victoria and then return to vancouver? any other suggestions as to what to see while in vancouver and surrounding areas? this will be a one time trip for the wheelchair folks so we want to make it memorable for them! any suggestions, etc. would be so much appreciated. cheers well gracie, thank you so much for taking the time to answer. you have a point, but you see, i wanted to get personal thoughts and ideas not just another government mailing! have a lovely day girl. supermodel thanks a lot! i will check out sites you suggested. you've been a great help. cleo sounds like a proud west coast resident! thanks for such great tips! it all sounds so wonderful. thanks again! hilary and cabochick - wow - thanks so much for the info! everyone has been very helpful and i wish i could give you all best answer! we are really looking forward to our visit to canada and will make sure we check out everything that everyone has suggested! thanks again! cheers!

Have you traveled through China? Can you advise? Trying to decide between two trips...?
We're trying to decide between two trips, but know nothing about China. Trip 1: 23-Day Tour of Beijing - Xian - Lhasa - Tsetang - Lhasa - Shangri-La - Lijiang - Kunming - Chongqing - Yangtze River - Wuhan - Shanghai http://www.travelchinaguide.com/tour/tibet/tour-509.htm Trip 2: 19-Day Tour of Shanghai - Suzhou - Shanghai - Yichang - Yangtze River Cruise - Chongqing - Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin - Xian - Lhasa - Beijing http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cruise/victoria/tour-v410.htm We will most likely be going from december 3rd, until whenever the tour is done. The descriptions sound great for both, and the temperatures seem acceptable to us, from their estimates. Can you give any advice as to why we should choose one trip over the other? Considering that it is in December, and we would like to see both museums/cities as well as small towns and regular life. Thank you, I would greatly appreciate any advice!
